A guarantee you can actually run
Most brands say "love it or return it." That is a slogan, not a test. It asks how you feel about something you have worn twice.
So here is a test you can genuinely run, and you already know how to score it.
At the end of a long day, do you reach behind you and take it off the second you are through the front door? That reflex — the unhooking, the relief, the throwing it over a chair — is the entire reason women end up hating their bras.
If our tank still triggers that reflex after thirty days, it has failed. Not you, not your body, not your size. It failed, and we do not want to keep your money for it.
How the thirty days work

It arrives
Free shipping on every order. We pack in 1–2 business days, then 7–12 business days in transit. Your thirty days start the day it lands.

You run the test
Wear it properly. To work, on a plane, through a twelve-hour day, under a blazer. Wash it and wear it again. A wear test you cannot wear is not a test.

You decide
Keep it, swap the size for free, or send it back for a full refund. One email either way. We do not ask you to justify it.
Two ways this ends
We ship the right one free — and you keep the first
Email us the size you need. The replacement goes out at no charge, and you keep the original until it arrives, so you are never left without it while a parcel is in transit.
Send the first one back with the prepaid label once your new size lands. You are never charged twice, and the exchange itself is free.
Every penny, back to your card
Send it back and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Not store credit. Not a voucher. Not a partial.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return — then your bank needs its own few days to post it.
What counts as failing the test
All of it. There is no bar you have to clear and no reason you have to write down.
- It digs, rolls or rides up. Then it is doing the thing you bought it to stop doing.
- The support is not enough for your shape. A built-in bra is not right for every body, and we would rather you say so.
- You wore it twice and reached for your old bra anyway. That is a fail, and it is a useful one.
- You just do not like it. No explanation needed. Genuinely — "not for me" is a complete sentence here.
The fine print, in plain English
- Thirty days from delivery, not from the day you ordered. If it sat in transit, that time is not yours to lose.
- Worn is fine. That is the whole point of a wear test. Please keep the packaging if you can — it makes the return easier — but a worn tank does not void this.
- Sale items and gift cards are the two exclusions. Everything at full price is covered.
- Request the return before posting anything. Parcels that arrive without an approved return cannot be accepted, and we cannot refund what we cannot log.
- Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are not a "return" at all — email us with a photo and we make it right, and you are not paying postage on our mistake.

Questions people ask first
Do I have to return it in unworn condition?
No — not under the Take-It-Off Test. We are explicitly asking you to wear it for thirty days, so we are not going to turn around and refuse it because you did. Wash it, wear it, live in it, then decide.
Can I swap sizes more than once?
Talk to us. Sizing is the single most common reason a first order is wrong, and we would much rather get you into the right size than take a refund. Email hello@getsummet.com and we will work it out.
Before you swap, the size & fit guide converts your current bra size straight into a tank size, which usually settles it.
What if I bought more than one?
The test applies to the order, not to a single item. Return one, some, or all of them within the thirty days. You do not have to send back the whole order to get a refund on part of it.
How do I start a return or exchange?
One message. Use the contact page or email hello@getsummet.com with your order number and whether you want a swap or a refund. We reply with a prepaid label and instructions.
Does the guarantee cover international orders?
Yes, everywhere we ship. Transit times are longer, which is exactly why the clock starts at delivery rather than at checkout.
Thirty days to find out
The only thing you are risking is the time it takes to put it on. If it does not pass, we pay to take it back.
